wolfs and witches a brief history

the first part of the lesson went fine.

that was probably due to the fact the first part of the lesson was just going over what we would be studying, how we are graded and out teacher telling us about herself. when we got into the subject all hell broke lose. 

"witch hunters" written on the board, us five have all heard the horror stories of the hunters, some witches came to my fathers pack in refuge of them Hell I've even seen a few villages from modern hunters, that's why we have such a good connection with the witches in the town. Here not so much turns out why the coven Delila's from set up shop miles away from her with another pack. This pack used to help the hunters.

The wolfs got angry, its becoming apparent that Nova isn't from the pack, she stated telling us about the basic ideals of witch hunters, how its both humans and wolfs that didn't like the idea of witches having an unlimited amount of power so the best idea they got as to kill them, this was known as the Salem witch trials. It happened all over the world but those trials where they worst, the main reason- they weren't actually witches. the wolfs didn't mind that, No they got upset when she started talking about the packs infoldment with those trials superficially. All our eyes widened and jaws dropped when she said that, the wolfs then got angry and started growling saying she was lying. Us witches were shocked, even Ivy while the wolfs were arguing with the teacher Ivy mumbles "spatium inaudita" we all turn to her, I raise my eyebrows and she shakes her head at our unasked question "I had no clue this pack was involved with those trials" Malek not seeming convinced questions "really? because you're quite chummy with those wolfs" I turn to him "if they don't know how the hell do you think she would know" he thinks for a second and nods "true, sorry Ivy but f**k this is scary, like how did anyone not realise that the pack had infoldment" 

"No clue, my dad never told me anything about it so I'm guessing that he doesn't know either" said Ivy they keep talking about it but I tune them out and turn to look at toby he's just as mad and shouting out Nova, for some reason I don't like the feeling of her getting shouted at.

"STOP!" I shout as I stand up. everyone goes silent and turns to me. "She's just doing her job, you shouldn't be mad at her and shout at her because you don't like what's she's teaching. We all know wolfs used to help hunters. Is it any wonder why there're are no witches in the pack apart from Ivy's family. It's obvious that a pack like this would help, just accept it and SIT DOWN" I shout the last bit, most of them listened and sat down, the guy from the beginning of the lesson wasn't one of them. He walked a little towards me "why the f**k should we listen to a little witch like you" He said through gritted teeth. I look him dead in the eye "because I know how to be a decent person, and unlike you I'm related to some of those that where hunted not the ones doing the hunting" his face grew red from anger "what did you say b***h" he walks closer to me. Taylor laughs in my head "he thinks he can scare us" I walk towards him "I think you heard me mutt" we about a meter apart but growls come from all over the class. I look him dead in the eye and send him images of the destruction the hunters caused. He starts screaming, I laugh and grit my teeth "you think that's bad, huh that's not even the worse one" I twist my hand making him experiences the pain of the survives of that attack both mental and physical. He starts begging for me to stop and wait a couple seconds longer and release him, he falls to the floor and starts crying.

In the time I was projecting on him others had come over to us, I look around and see Naomi and Lou looking wide-eyed, Nova is shocked with an equally look Ezra beside her. Tyler actually looks impressed, projecting thoughts and images was always his thing not mine, but toby, he just looks mad like he's ready to rip my head off.

"WHAT THE f**k WERE YOU THINKING!" He shouts at me as he moves directly in front of me

"I was thinking he needed to see what the hunters were capable of, it seemed like Nova's words weren't getting through to him" I say in a calm voice

"Not the best thing to say Callie"  Tyler said over mind link, I shrug as Toby looks at me confused "What do you mean he needed to see? what did you do to him?"  

"I projected images of a village that was attacked by hunters" I say with no emotion, I can't think back to that day

"you're not there anymore, you're safe, we both are"  Tyler try's to comfort me but I makes me think back even more, it was the last time I had seen him in person, we were visiting the original village our mother was from up in the Scottish highlands, it was attacked by hunters and almost the whole village was slaughter, the screams of people being burned and the smell of their burning flesh is locked in my brain and no matter what I can never forget this boy he was around my age, he had these piecing brown eyes that you could just lose yourself in but they were filled with this undoubtable anger which was directed towards the witch he stood over after he had slit her throat. 

"then why was he in pain?" Toby's question dragged me out of my memories. I look up and meet his eye 

"to get the point a crossed, I projected the emotions from that village" I say coldly 

"how would you know..." Nova starts to ask but she realises how I knew. 

"It was the last attack in the highlands up in Scotland, before most of the hunters in Europe were either killed or fled here" I explain 

"but that happened almost 10 years ago, you would have been so young" Nova voices breaks and she holds her heart, Tyler comforts her and pulls her into a hug but I know he's doing it for himself too, he was also in that horror but he was older enough to be expected to fight and he did. 

"that still doesn't justify what you did he was crying in pain" Toby said. I look at him but I don't know what to say "see you can't even justify yourself, I know they do things a bit different where you're from but here we don't hurt people to get our point a crossed" 

"No you just hunt down innocents and burn them at the stake" Malek defences me coming to my side 

Toby opens his mouth but his father cuts him off "I think that the rest of today should be taken off, it was just introductions and getting used to the campus I'm sure you can all mange" after hearing that I walk out the room. God I need a f*****g run after that. I make my way to the edge of campus and let my wolf out. After about an hour I go to where I left my clothes and got dressed and walk towards the pack house. There's a few wolfs hanging around but when they see me they all stop talking, they start whispering about what I did in the lesson to their friends that weren't there. I make my way up to my room and see Delia waiting outside my door. She opens her arms and I go into them and she just holds me for a few moments "do you want to talk about it" I nod my head she lets me go and turns to open my door "No" she looks back at me questioning me "I'm want you all to here this."
