The Hidden Hybrid

New witches in town

The next morning I'm greeted by Lou and 2 other girls. The slight taller one introduces herself as Ivy, she has short brown hair that just brushes past her olive skin shoulders she has warm Hazel eyes and she's also a witch but seems like a b***h in the small interaction we have. The slight smaller girl is a wolf, she's got blue eyes and blond hair thats just past her shoulder, her names Naomi but prefers Nomi. They explain that they all were childhood friends and actually met at Veneflca-lupus but Ivy had to move after she turned 14 and gladly came back to study with her friends. 

"will you be joining us for breakfast" Lou asks as Toby walks in and stands next to me at the kitchen island

"No" I reply "I'm going to get breakfast with Tyler so we can catch up" 

"Tyler as in our hot lecturer Tyler" Nomi asks I give her a look, yes my brother is attractive but for someone to refer to him as hot. Gag. 

"yer, he's an old family friend, I haven't seen him in 10 years so there's a bit of catching up to do" I reply with a smile 

"god I'd love to join you and the hot professor" Ivy says lifting her eyebrow making me and Lou laugh, Nomi looks disgusted for a second then wipes it off her face and laughs too. Toby next to me rolls his eyes "probably not going to happen, he basically ran out of here yesterday when we started to play 21 question" Ivys smile drops and she tilts her head "why?" she's asks the group in general "it's probably because it might look a bit inappropriate playing games like that with students" I explain 

"but taking you for breakfast isn't" Nomi states 

I chuckle "he used to be my babysitter when I was a little. I don't think it's the same situation" 

They all nod their heads in agreement. 

"do you know where you're going or do you need recommendations" Toby asks, I shake my head "no clue, I just hope they do a fry up" they all give me a strange look "what's a fry up" Lou asks. "oh it's basically a full English, we call it a fry up because well we fry it all up and normal have it with a hangover to soak up all the alcohol" I laugh to myself "that makes sense" Nomi said as the door bell goes. I turn to look and see Toby already going to the door. He returns with Tyler "you ready, trouble" he jokes and I roll my eyes "really you haven't called me that in years" he shrugs "well its not like it isn't true" I sarcastically gasp and grab at my chest while walking over to him "I'm offended that's what you think of me Ty" we both laugh, I turn to the rest of the group to say bye Toby and Nomi seem annoyed by are interaction. I forget they don't know we're siblings so it probably looks like some flirting, I gag at the thought. "we're going to need to come up with a better back story" I say getting into the car. Ty turns to me "why? They think I used to be your babysitter. Isn't that good enough?" I shrug "I thought it was but after they referred to you as the fit lecturer and that little interaction I don't think they're to impressed" "oh so they think I'm fit?" I roll my eyes "Let's just get breakfast"

A few hours later Ty drops me off at the pack house. I go in and walk to the living area. There's a few new boys and a new girl sitting with Lou, Ivy and Nomi. I walk over and wave. 

"this is the other witch we were telling you about" Lou said the new people then turns to me "we were waiting for you so we could make introductions at the same time, save us all repeating ourselves" she smiles and I nod. The living area is a generous size with the sofa in a U shape in front of the TV, Lou, Ivy and Nomi sit on one side, two boys and the other girl are sitting in the middle part leaving the other boy by himself on the other side. I walk over and sit next to him. I give him a small smile and Toby comes in and sits right next to me.
