with how close toby is to me our legs are touching, Taylor howls in my head and I put up a block, I don't need to be dealing with a horny wolf while meeting a bunch of new people who think I'm just a witch. 

everyone just sits there in an awkward silence waiting for someone else to speak.

"so why doesn't everyone say their names, species and most creative place you've had s*x" Ivy says, I laugh but everyone but Ivy turns to me with a strange look. "what?" I put my hands up "It's a funny ice breaker isn't it" Toby chuckles "well if its so easy, why don't you start" 

"okay, my names Callie-Rose but everyone just calls me Callie, I'm a witch and probably" I take a moment to think, lick my lips and I turn my head in thought "a gym" toby has a small smile on his face "at my old sixth form" Toby's smile is gone and Ivy nods her head "impressive, I'm Ivy also a witch and probably just a field or my old dorm." Nomi just shakes her head, and sighs "I'm Naomi but just call me Nomi and I'm a wolf" Ivy dramatically turns to her "what no s*x story" Nomi gives a death stare " no I don't think theses strangers want to hear about my s*x life" she gets up and leaves and Ivy just rolls her eyes Lou get up to follow but not after giving Ivy a disappointed look. 

"I'm Delila" the new girl says she's got natural black curls with brown eyes "I'm a witch" the guy next to her with short brown hair and blue eyes stands up "I'm peter, a warlock  and its a pleasure to meet you all" he goes to all the women and kisses our hands "what a gentleman" I say as he kisses my hand, he looks me in the eyes and winks "when in the presences of beauty's like you who isn't" Toby scoffs next to me I lean back in the sofa and shrug at him with a small smile. the guy next to me has get black hair with golden eyes "I'm also a warlock. my name is Malek he says with a small bow of his head. the last guy looks around "damn we're surrounded by witches' Toby" he jokes, he's got teal grey eyes and dirty blond hair "I'm Alex, the Beta of this pack" I nod my head in understanding as Malek asks "what a Beta?" Toby stands up "I'm Toby, the alpha. the names are given to the leaders of our pack to signify the hierarchy in a pack. the alpha is the head or leader, a Beta is second in command and a Gamma is third." Malek nods "oh I've never really been around wolfs" "its fine ask anyone, anything if you have questions, we separated the house so that the witch's and warlock's get the 2nd floor and the wolfs are on the 3rd. you are welcome to any of the food in the kitchen and welcome to bring you own just remember to label anything you want to keep. Other wolfs apart of the pack will come into the house quite often for meetings and evening activities. tomorrow night is a full moon and we intend on going on what's called a pack run so you'll have the house to yourselves for a few hours then a house full of wolfs for the rest of the night" he and Alex chuckle 

"dinner won't be until 6 so do whatever in the mean time. Alex and I have a meeting we need to attended to" they both go to leave the house.

"also the witch's has a room on your floor just for you, you can practice magic or just chill out away from the wolfs if you need" toby turned around and gave me a small smile which I returned then he left with Alex

 Ivy looks around "I should probably find Nomi and apologues" I nod and give her a supportive smile. The rest of us are left in awkward silence 

"welllll, this is awkward" I say we all laugh "I love your Accent where are you from?" Delila asks with a smile "I'm from the UK, I grew up in the south of England   

"so do you guys was to compare spell book" Malec says while wriggling his eyebrows

"of course" Peter replies

"definitely I want to see what I'm working with here" says Delila

They turn to me

"well I can't say no now can I" I say with a big smile

"okay everyone get your book and meet in the witches den?" Delila asks

"witches den, really?" Peter asks

"Hay I like it" I reply

"that's because your a witch but Peter and I are warlocks" Malec says

I look to Delila and shrug my shoulders "oh well we like witches den let's go" I say while walking up to my room. I grab my book of shadows, its a big leather bound book with golden flowers lacing around the spine with the vines traveling to the front and back of the book in different spiral shapes, on the front there is also a small wolf and crescent moon in the bottom left hand corner, I smile at it and think back to the time my dads bought me it. Normally witches' come into complete control of their powers at the age of 14 before that we can still practice but not to the full extent of our powers, I came into my witch powers around 11 years old. We think this is to do with the fact I'm a hybrid with alpha blood, my wolf came early too but this is normal for alpha's their wolfs make an appearances at around 14 where as normal wolfs its 16. This is so that the alpha can prepare to take over their pack and find their Luna. I had both my wolf and witch powers at 13, the change was a b***h and no one can truly prepare to have all their bones broken and re-aliened but now I can change in about 30 second with no pain. I walk out of my room to see Delila coming out of hers opposite to mine. 

she smiles at me "looks like we're neighbours"    

I return the smile "looks like it, you ready?" I hold up my book and wave it at her. she laughs and nobs her head. we walk towards the room in the middle of the floor, I open the door and the smell of blood over powers my senses, I stop Delila from going in and I walk in, blood is covering the walls and seats. I turn around to leave and that's when I see it. Words written in blood
