The Beginning

"Come on Sam", Allie says, trying to convince me to go to this party with her. She was spending the night at my house tonight and some seniors were throwing a party tonight. "It will be so much fun and there will be lots of cute guys. Come on, you're the new girl and everyone will want to be all over you."
"No they won't, no one will want to get with me". I couldn't even imagine anyone would want me. I mean who wants to be with the weird girl? No one that's who. But I guess I will have to. She is going to make me go one way or another and might as well go on my own free will before she drags me out with her. "Fine, I will go Allie, just chill." She starts jumping up and down before going to my closet looking for an outfit.
She pulls out a pair of jean shorts and a dark blue tank top. "Here this is going to look so cute on you." She hands the outfit to me and starts going through my underwear drawer. "With this bra and.." She goes to my shoes and grabs my black converse high tops. "these." she hands them to me. I just laugh at her and go to get ready, putting on light makeup.

We arrive at the party and there are people everywhere. We go in and get some drinks. Allie goes off to go talk to a few guys. I just walk around and wonder. I see a few guys at the party. I see one staring at me a few times as I pass by. I notice he's hanging with like two other guys and like three girls. I stop and sit on a couch and people watch. Allie comes and sits next to me tipsy.
"Hey, so who is that guy?" I said, pointing at the guy who keeps staring at me.
"Um, I think that is Trevor" She says, squinting over at the guys.
"What about the other guys? Do you know them?" I said, looking at them. They are all kind of cute.
"Um, I think one is named Max. I don't know who the other guy is though." She lay on my lap and I just laugh at her. I stroke her hair and let her rest a bit on my lap before I move her. I looked over at Trevor and see him staring at me. I blush and smile. He winks at me, which makes me smile harder and look away.
"I think he's dating someone" Allie says, looking up at me. I looked down at her.
"Seriously?" I said, looking disappointed. I look back up and he is walking away with a girl. Hmm, it must be true. I look back at Allie who is getting up and moving on to her next person. I look back at the guys that Trevor was hanging with. They are both a lot cuter. One looks over at me and stares at me for a moment before looking away to the girl he is with. After a while, someone comes and sits next to me. I looked over and see Trevor. I am super shocked.
"Hey" he says, scooting close to me.
"Hey", I scooted away.
"How you doing", he rests his arm on the back of the couch.
"Fine, where's your girlfriend?" I sipped my beer, looking away. He pulls his arm back to his side.
"Oh... Uh.. She left and she isn't really my girlfriend." He says, looking around.
"Sure seemed like she was your girlfriend." I said, looking down. I look up at him and he scoots closer to me. All of a sudden, Allie sits in the middle of us and falls onto my lap.
"I think I need to go home." she says, looking up at me. She looks over at Trevor and then back at me. "That is a no no girl" and then laughs. I laugh with her and started helping her up.
"Hey, wait, can we talk later" Trevor says standing up.
"Um sure I will see you at school." I said, helping Allie out, and we headed home.

ONE WEEK LATER.
"Hey Samantha", I heard someone call out for me. I turned around in the hall and see Trevor.
"Hey..." I said and looked a bit confused.
"Hey, so I was wondering if we could hang out after school?"
"What about your girlfriend?"
"I told you she's not my girlfriend."
"That's not the word around school."
"So what does that mean we can't just hang out as friends?"
"No, I guess not."
"OK then I will see you after school". He says this and runs off.
I get to Math class and I see the girl from the party that Trevor insists isn't his girlfriend. Allie comes in and sits next to me. I nodded towards the girl.
"Is that Trevor's girlfriend?" I asked her. She looks over and then back at me.
"Yes, I believe her name is Sarah, and you need to leave him alone. He is bad news girl". I nod and class starts.
After class was lunch. I wonder around campus to get a feel for it more more. As I am passing the office there is a big grass area and Trevor is there making out with Sarah. Hmm, I guess they are dating. Oh well, it is none of my business.
After school, I was walking to my car and I see Trevor leaning against the driver's door. Great.
"Hey" I say as I walk up.
"Hey", he looks over at me and smiles "Ready?"
"For what?"
"To hang out?"
"Is that going to be OK with Sarah?"
"Uh, yeah she's cool", he says, rubbing the back of his head. Hmm, it doesn't seem like it, but I will give him a shot I guess, and trust he is telling the truth.
"Hmm. Fine. Get in", I said, and unlocked the car. We drove around a bit and he told me where to go. We end up at the top of a hill looking over the whole town. I get out and walk to the front of my car, leaning on the hood. He gets out and follows me.
"Wow, this is beautiful" I said.
"Yeah beautiful." I looked behind me and see he is looking at me. I looked away and blushed.
"I was talking about the view."
"So was I". He says I look back again only to be met with his lips crushing against mine.
