Chapter 7
Today in Virginia Beach the weather feels brisk and the ocean waves are calm aka low tide. I’m rested up from the vacation and ready to head into the office to speak with Amelia, my managing editor of the Virginia Pilot.
Norfolk downtown is always growing, more buildings and entertainment for Hampton Roads as a whole. We have a minor league baseball team called the Tides and the Waterside District which is beautiful. In the parking garage, I’m looking around to see if anyone is around.
Ever since New Hampshire, I'm always looking around to see if someone is around watching. I walk in the office, was greeted by the front desk and went straight to Amelia's office. “I’m Back, Amelia I’m back, did you miss me?" “Did you get my story by email?”
