Mr. Angeles Conception is a farmer living in a small village in Besao, Mt. Province. He owns fifty hectares of land in one of the mountains around Sagada. On his farm, there are plenty of beans and cabbages. In the middle of that farm is a fishpond where he grows tilapias.
