* Xane was all smiles, when he got to the jeep, to see two more of his friends getting out. "Thanks ma," he says as he hugs me. "You're welcome and thank you too," I say as I hug him back. "Okay guys, help me get the bags," (I have to tell them before they get to talking and they leave me to do everything) They laugh and joke as they get the bags, but I don't really pay attention. I just think about how Alex is going to take this. He's still home for a few more days and he hasn't told me when he'll be going back, and he probably won't tell me if he does find out, unless I ask. I'll just wake up one day to him getting ready for work. I hold back tears as I think about it, because I have plans and I should be done wasting my tears on him.
