  I wake up smiling; the sun in my face, I feel so happy today. I realize I fell asleep with my window open last night. It’s been warm lately, it’s unusual for this time of year. The weather has changed so rapidly everyday. It’s late fall but it still feels like spring most of the time. I can smell the grass and leaves in the air as it blows my hair around on my pillow. I give a big smile, feeling the air brush against my teeth making them tingle unpleasantly. I take a deep breath, the smell burning my nose a bit. The warmth and energy puts a calm, safe, warm, almost fuzzy feeling in my stomach.    I stand up and lean out the window until I find I’m catching myself from falling out. Liz knocks on my door, I call her in. Liz looks at me with displeasure, she frowns and I feel worry bubble
