I hummed the song playing on my phone as I folded and put away my laundered clothes. I could not recall the last time I had felt so happy and excited about anything. Perhaps the time Ruelle had agreed that I could get a job could compare just a little. I glided across the room, picked up my phone for what felt like the umpteenth time. I unlocked it and read the initial emails again which I had started. It showed I had passed all the online examinations that I had taken. I had definitely taken a step forward.
