I quickly scanned that rest of the article, but there was no mention of the identity of the girl, or any other details. I was dashing towards my hotel room when I heard a little bit of caution prevailed. The reason for my agitation was in the pages of the newspaper, which was currently open to the page I had been reading. Any moment now, Butch would stop looking at me with that worried expression, and would seek answers to my behaviour in those pages. None of the pack could know about Leila. With Butch gaping at me, I returned to the table, folded and thrust the paper in my pocket, then continued hurrying to my hotel room. There was only one thing on my mind now. I had to get back to Lair Falls.
