GREY'S POV Leila opened her mouth to speak, just as a woman shouted something. We both turned to look as the woman passed by us, grabbed the hand of a laughing child, and joined a short queue of other people who were about to exit the bus. "We are here," Leila said, half to herself. There was a note of surprise in her tone as she looked around the bus and then outside. "Yeah. I guess it's time to go then." Leila and I had been so engrossed in our conversation that we had not even registered the fact that we had gotten to the bus stop. We were the last to get off the bus. Once out, I fell into step with her. We walked together in silence for a while, and then she gave me a sideways glance. "What are you still doing here? Shouldn't you be heading to... wherever it is you're going?"
