LEILA'S POV He looked so drop dead gorgeous that I wondered how any female could resist him, even though most times, he didn't put any particular effort into being charming. Today, he was not dressed in his usual baggy sweater or hoodie on jeans. He had a tight t-shirt on, one that outlined every manly curve of him. I found myself trying to take a step back from the animal magnetism he was giving off in waves, but his hand at my waist prevented me from doing so. One of his fingers had ended up inside my shirt, touching my bare skin, and that contact was doing things to me. I didn't think I had it me, but I finally was able to unlock my muscles. "Let go," I barked out in a somewhat unsteady voice and proceeded to slap his hand away. One perfectly arched brow rose at my tone and action.
