Chapter Sixteen “Okay.” Quinn took the hand Derwyn held out to her and shook it. The smell of jasmine filled the air and she eyed him. How had such an angry Fae ended up with so sweet a smelling magic? “Get moving. I want her gone as soon as possible.” She stepped back from him, trying to figure out the best way to get behind the buildings that were closely packed together. “Go on.” He pointed in the opposite direction to the wood Fae’s place. “Out the back and through her window. You’re wasting time.” She headed in the direction he’d indicated, glancing over her shoulder a couple of times to see he watched her.
