I checked the time, it was five pm in the evening. My last class had ended minutes ago… but I still hadn't moved from where I sat.
The classroom was almost empty now, Still, I sat there, my fingers gripping the edge of the desk. My heart beat wouldn't slow down.
He told me to come. I could ignore it, pretend I didn't hear him, pretend I didn't care. But that would be a lie, because deep down… I wanted to go.
And that was the problem.
A part of me still remembered everything. The way he looked at me. The way his voice dropped when he got too close. The way I lost control just as much as he did.
