The Talk
(Jayce’s POV)
“Hello” I said into the call.
“Jayce?” A voice asked.
I pulled the phone away from my ear and stared at it.
Ivy was calling me?
Hearing her voice, I was surprised but then smiled.
“Ivy …” I trailed off.
There was silence on the other side.
I had a feeling she was struggling with what she wanted to say to me.
I smirked, she had ignored me earlier in the day and let with Aaron. I had been pissed at first but I knew Aaron, he wasn’t interested in Ivy, even if he was, nothing was going to stand in my way this time. I had made too many mistakes last time and I wouldn’t repeat them now.
