Felix's Pov
Maybe I was jealous of Hendrix. He has everything that I have dreamed of. A kind and loving parents, which are my biggest insecurity. Another, he has a quintessential girlfriend that I wish I could just see in other women. So, due to my jealousy, I tried to get his girlfriend's attention. Thinking that it would make him feel how I feel about his insults. So he would realize that I could be more than that adopted kid. But unwittingly, I slowly harbor feelings for her. I fell for her naturality and thoughtfulness so much that I ended up just wanting and praying for her alone.
"After this, get out, yeah?" The little girl sarcastically said and put down the familiar seafood dish that I would always request mom to cook for me before. "Want something more, sir?" she asked lazily.
