At dawn the next morning, Abdul woke up Aliya and stand guard for her as she finished dressing and making her bag. They managed to sneak out of the house without being noticed, and because its still dark outside. Aliya stood outside the house, her heart racing with excitement and fear. She was finally taking the first step towards freedom. Abdul, her younger brother, stood beside her, his eyes shining with determination. "I'll escort you to the caravan," he said. "But then I have to come back and make sure Saleh and the guards don't suspect anything." Aliya nodded, feeling a surge of gratitude towards her brother. "Thank you, Abdul," she said. "I don't know what I would do without you." Abdul smiled and handed her a small bag. "Here's some food and water," he said. "And some coins, just in case." Aliya took the bag and hugged her brother tightly. "I'll never forget this," she whispered. As they made their way to the caravan, Aliya felt a sense of nervous energy building up inside her. She knew that she was taking a huge risk, but she also knew that it was worth it. When they arrived at the caravan, Aliya hugged Abdul one last time. "Thank you again," she said. "I'll be thinking of you." Abdul smiled and nodded. "I'll be thinking of you too," he said. "Be careful, and don't look back." Aliya nodded and climbed onto the caravan. As it began to move, she felt a sense of relief wash over her. She was finally on her way. But as the caravan disappeared into the distance, Abdul knew that he had to act fast. He led Saleh and the guards on a wild goose chase, pretending to have seen Aliya going in the opposite direction. As the guards followed him, Abdul felt a sense of pride and satisfaction. He had helped his sister escape, and now he was leading the guards away from her. Finally, after what seemed like hours, Abdul managed to shake off the guards. He made his way back home, feeling exhausted but triumphant. As he entered the house, he saw his mother looking worried and anxious. "Abdul, where have you been?" she asked. Abdul smiled and shrugged. "I was just out playing," he said. "I didn't mean to worry you." His mother looked at him skeptically, but Abdul just smiled and hugged her. He knew that he had done the right thing, and that Aliya was finally on her way to freedom. Meanwhile, Aliya was settling into her new life on the caravan. She was excited and nervous, but she knew that she had made the right decision. As the caravan traveled through the countryside, Aliya marveled at the beauty of the landscape. She had never been this far from home before, and everything seemed new and exciting. But as the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the landscape, Aliya couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched. She looked around nervously, but saw nothing. As the caravan continued on its journey, Aliya felt a sense of determination wash over her. She was going to make it to the city, no matter what. She was going to find that secret school and start a new life. And with that thought, Aliya settled in for the long journey ahead, her heart full of hope and determination.
