Kael’s POV It had been more than an hour since I had been burning with fever and restlessness. It was difficult to move some parts of my body and my vision was still very blurry. I could see nothing. The door made a cranky sound, and my ears caught footsteps afterwards. A scent filled my nostrils and I knew just who it belonged to.
