A guard informed me some minutes ago that Jaxon was here to see me. It was when he did that I recalled that I agreed to meet with him today after our meeting couldn’t be held the last time he was here.
I had been keeping him waiting and it wasn’t the reason I was ascending the stairs at a fast pace. A repeat of the last time was about to happen again, Elara was on her way here already.
