Leaving my daughter in the hospital to go on an official trip doesn’t make me a bad father, right? I could have told Alpha Kael that this wasn’t the right time for me to go because of Nia, but I wanted to be in his good books.
Elara would do a good job watching over her, I could be sure of that. Alpha Kael tried to act like the savior by getting the best Doctors to attend to Nia, I didn’t think I had a problem with that.
I walked back into the reception where I had left Alpha Kael and Elara some minutes ago. I only stepped out to receive a phone call, it had to do with the trip Alpha Kael had assigned me to go on before now.
“I’ll let him know. Thank you,” Alpha Kael mentioned. He was on a call.
“Have you seen any of the Doctors?” I asked Elara who was only some steps away
