Nick told Karis as they sat drinking tea in his yard. Allen had fallen asleep in his room after he regained consciousness and Nick left him to let him rest.
Karis seemed to disagree with that. "But I'm assigned to tell anything about Mr. Allen. I can't lie to the boss."
