Hi bel , bel looked at the new student with a smile “ hey there mildred , she replied ummm you don’t mind if i join you for lunchtime?, mildred asked awkwardly , yea sure you can, bel replied pulling mildred up to join her Leilah was at the door waiting “ she’s joining us? , she asked seeing mildred “ yeah she is , bellina replied “ thats great !!, the trio went to the lunchroom , “ everyone seems to like you guys, mildred commented seeing everyone looking at them with smiles, some with jealousy, some with admiration for their beauty , “ and it makes me uncomfortable’ replied bellina.

Taking their lunch to their usual seat , they met Anthony and Zain seated there already , ummm hi guys” Anthony said, “Zain, I thought you said you can’t have lunch with me “ mildred said which got the twins to pause and look at the two surprised how they know each other her “ sorry he’s my cousin , I didn’t like eating with unfamiliar people so I skipped lunch time most times and the last time ethel had lunch with me and it was uncomfortable” Mildred said “ oh I didn’t know you two were related “ leilah said “ sorry I didn’t introduce her to you , she’s my baby cousin “ Zain said “ ohh thats cool.

Bellina watched as everyone talked and only thing she did was nod and smile,while eating quietly, her eyes frequently meets Zain’s .

Zain couldn’t take his eyes off her, and he was trying not make her uncomfortable also, he mind wandered to how the aloof , quiet girl suddenly starts to react to his gaze and he was more surprised of his own change also he had never tried chasing girls and never let anyone near him that led to a scandal of someone posting him up as gay ,the day he found the person who made the post , bel had happened to see him and he wasn’t pleased with it and wish she wouldn’t see him as a violent, arrogant person , he has never felt the kind of way he feels towards Bellina and that worries him , when he had tried talking to her he got turned down , he panicked she was going to avoid him but she didn’t and also she smiled freely towards him , “ what if she actually feels the-same, he thought and his mind wandered off to the previous weekend when he had seen her diary , he looked at her “ what could have caused her so much pain and why was she writing and crying “ he felt his heart ache at the thoughts .

Ethel was in the corner on the other side of the lunchroom,she grew green horns looking at the 5 people, she didn’t know their relationship but they all seem close and it was rare to see the the two seniors, as they have their own private lunchroom.the seniors doesn’t mingle with the students but here they are since 2 weeks eating with those two and now three she wondered how mildred got involved with them, she had told her they’ll be having lunch together last week and couldn’t find her in class today “ traitor! She snorted her eyes were throwing daggers as she started intently “ hi senior please can I seat here” a junior’s came with his food along with by his friend “ yes , you can take a seat you two “ she said with forced smile while trying to also sound polite , but got distracted the moment she looked at the other side , she Caught Zain looking at Bellina and she got angry and forgot there were two junior’s in her front as she broke the ben she was holding on the table the junior’s got scared as they have been watching her, they hurriedly finished their lunch and left the table while avoiding eye contact with the senior

She stormed out of the cafeteria almost pushing someone off the way on her way out , the student election is around the corner ,Ethel headed towards the student union office, she was the secretary and now she’s running for president against bellina, and two other guys Derrick and Nathan , the announcement was going to be made after lunchtime and the candidates would be announced, she anxiously wrote down her speech then paused when her mind thought of the five people she had seen in the cafeteria, here in the student union she used to be close with Zain as the secretary and she loved it as getting attention from him always made her blush , she started to think of ways to sabotage the twins in the election. She went to the classroom, hoping to find where bellina wrote her speech, getting to the classroom there we’re just few students, she ignored their presence and went to bell’s table pretending to drop the book she picked from the office, she had been sure she saw her writing something in class before lunchtime , she saw a little paper picking out from between the books on bellina’s table , with a swift move she took the paper and stood up “ thank Goodness pheww!! She blow the air at the hair stuck to her face, she went to the restroom to read the contents of the paper "oh mine , this is so good ‘ she commented she gave a sinister s smile and started to memorise the contents.

Time to go say your speech”,leilah giggled as they left the Room Anthony had offered to practice her speech it was the boys lair and they had gone there after mildred finished her lunch .everyone was heading to the school hall , the school had two halls , one was used for regular school activities while the other was only used for special occasions, I haven’t been to greenwood hall , leilah commented as they walked towards the hall while bellina was feeling anxious but maintained a calm face

The grand entrance hall of the prestigious hall exuded an air of refined elegance. Tall arched windows let in streams of natural light, casting a warm glow over the gleaming marble floors and ornate moldings that adorned the walls. Towering columns supported a vaulted ceiling adorned with intricate gold leaf designs, creating a sense of grandeur and sophistication.

Directly ahead, a grand staircase with an ornamental wrought-iron railing swept upwards, leading to the upper levels of the school. Lush potted plants and carefully curated artwork lined the perimeter, adding pops of color and visual interest. The hall had an atmosphere of quiet contemplation, a space that seemed to inspire deep thought and academic ambition in all who passed through.

Every detail, from the plush Oriental rugs to the crystal chandeliers overhead, communicated the school's prestige and commitment to providing students with a world-class educational experience in a setting of exceptional beauty and refinement.

The girls were wowed by the beautiful hall before they went on to their seat.

The vice principal HB with her stoic pose came on to the stage to address the students, after few addresses from the principal and the soon to be former president Zain the student union candidates were called out and asked to give their speeches. Ethel being overly confident that she had memories bell’s speech went on to the podium, while giving her speech bellina and letting realised it was the previous speech belina wrote and had left thinking it wasn’t good enough “ how low can you go ethel?, leilah asked sarcastically, as the other students cheered before they started getting distracted with their phones , things got awkward and Ethel began to get frustrated as she was just saying the juiciest part of the speech .

Leilah checked her phone to check what could have been in the school net as she had gotten a notification, watching he video someone had captured a video of Ethel staring angrily at them during lunch time and had broken her pen in the process she was tagged as Green horned Ethel howard , students laughed and gossiped as they watch the video before they heard HB’s voice thundered through the hall and got their attention to maintain decorum.
