AlmaThe Lair was insanely busy today, so basically, the same as any other day. I was able to share a few stolen glances with Amos as we passed in the hallway on our way to separate meetings. The goose bump-inducing electricity of a new relationship lingers in the air. That spark is thrilling, bursting with a possibility that wasn’t there before.
I found myself nervously anticipating our shared moments, however brief they were. There wasn’t time for anything substantial in terms of our newly budding courtship. The day was absent of kisses and deep conversations, but it was exhilarating just the same. The idea of something greater, alone, made the world seem a little brighter.
