Jayden's eyes locked onto Joy's, his jaw set. "It's time to face my family."
Joy nodded, her hand instinctively finding his.
At the mansion, Victoria awaited, her expression icy.
"Jayden, you're betraying your family and Jenny," Victoria accused, her voice sharp.
Jayden stood firm. "I love Joy, Mother. I won't marry Jenny."
Victoria's eyes flashed. "You'll ruin our reputation and legacy."
Jayden's tone turned resolute. "Our love is stronger than any legacy."
Jenny appeared, her face twisted in anger.
"You're replacing me with this...nobody?" Jenny spat, glaring at Joy.
Joy's composure remained unruffled. "I'm not replacing you, Jenny. Jayden chose me."
The room erupted into chaos.
Victoria demanded Jayden reconsider. Jenny threatened scandal. Jayden's cousins condemned Joy's past.
Jayden shielded Joy, unwavering.
"I won't abandon Joy. She's my future."

Victoria's expression softened slightly.
Reginald turned to Jayden. "Son, I trust your judgment. But consider the consequences."
Jayden nodded, relief washing over him.

Reginald's gaze turned to Joy. "Welcome to our family, Joy. We'll make this work."
