Ace’s POV
I zipped across the space between us in a flash, slamming him into the wall with such force that the entire building seemed to shake.
I pinned him there, my hands gripping his throat, my eyes blazing with fury. But even in that position, he chuckled, a dark and mocking sound that fueled my anger further.
"You think this changes anything?" he sneered, his eyes full of hatred.
Before I could respond, he broke free of my hold with a sudden burst of strength.
He punched me hard in the chest, sending me hurling through the restaurant. I crashed through tables and chairs, splintering wood and shattering glass in my path until I finally skidded to a halt, surrounded by the debris.
