Raven’s POV
I took a deep breath, my voice laced with determination. "Astra, we can't let her get to us. We have each other, and together, we're stronger than anything she can throw at us."
“But that woman is getting on my nerves,” she sighed. “If it ever gets out of hand I swear to the moon goddess I’ll let her have my fist.”
“You know she’s stronger than you and I combined. I’m sure that’s what is giving her the right to talk to us anyway she wants.”
“It’s also because this is her pack. But I’m willing to bet that I’ll make her regret everything she’s done to us one day. I’ll make sure of that.”
“Until then, we should ignore her comments and go about our business in the pack. We don’t want to be known as the foreign pack members who go around starting fights.”
