[Day 2: Dec. 21, The Ophelia Cruise Ship] ~Octavia~ “We’re buying everything in this place.” Gasps rippled through the boutique. Heads snapped in our direction. Even Ava’s smug mask cracked, her eyes widening for a fraction of a second before narrowing into suspicion. I stared at Lila. Was she out of her damn mind? Everything? I should stop her. I really should. But I didn’t. Because Lila was brilliant at wrecking people, and I was enjoying the show. Ava crossed her arms, scoffing. “You’re bluffing.” Lila tilted her head, her sharp bob swinging as she smirked. “Bluffing? Let’s test that.” She lifted a hand. “Manager!” A well-dressed man in his fifties hurried over. His name tag read Simon, and the sheen of sweat on his brow suggested this was not what he signed up for today.
