Samantha POV
The next day Alexander and I went shopping. It was his idea that we should be seen outside in the public and I could tell he was doing everything to convince Mr. Wang of our relationship.
I picked my cart and headed for the grocery section of the mall, while Alexander was attending to an important call.
While going through the items that I wanted to buy, my phone beeped and a text message came through.
“Peekaboo” It stated.
My eyes squinted in confusion because the identity of the number that had sent the message was unknown.
I shrugged my shoulders and continued with the grocery item.
A couple of seconds later, another notification came through the phone.
“You look beautiful in that dress”
My heart begins to beat faster and I scan the mall wondering who was watching me, but there was no sign of anyone.
After a few more minutes, I calmed down with the belief that it must be some sort of prank.
Strong arms touched my shoulder and I almost screamed out of fear, but it turned out to be none other than Alexander.
“What is wrong with you?” He asked, looking at me with amused eyes.
“You scared me,” I commented.
“I am sorry for the way I walked up to you.” He said and grabbed some of the items that I bought. “Mr. Wang wants us to come and have dinner in his house,” Alexander announced.
“Didn’t we just attend his party last night?” I asked.
“He is putting his eyes on us. You need to understand that billionaires like Mr. Wang cares about honesty.” Alexander explained.
After we were done getting the things from the shopping mall, Alex and I returned back to the car and drove us.
On our way back to the mansion, my phone beeped for the third time and I checked to see it was yet another message.
“Turn around” It said.
Slowly I turned my head round and gasped.
“What is that?” Alexander asked, also turning his head backwards.
Jack was driving a black mustang behind us but had hidden his car behind one of the bigger vans to avoid Alexander from seeing him.
“We are being followed,” I revealed.
“By your Ex boyfriend?” Alexander asked.
“Yes. He has been sending me these weird messages” I said, handing over my phone to him.
“Don’t worry, I know how to handle this” He said and picked out his phone and after a couple of minutes of scrolling, he placed it on his ear.
“Hello George. I want you to appear in court tomorrow and obtain a restraining order on my behalf. There is someone that needs to be taught a huge lesson” He said and hung up the phone.
“You do not need to worry about anything. Jack will never come close to you as long as you are with me” His words give me the assurance that I need and I was happy that I could confide in him.

A few hours later, we arrived at Mr. Wang’s huge mansion located at the outskirts of Preston East coast.
His house was the epitome of a modern palace and I could understand why he had so much power. He is a very rich individual.
“Welcome to my humble home” Mr. Wang welcomed, shaking hands with Alex while I embraced his Chinese looking wife.
“Dinner is ready, so let us head over to the dining table” He announced and we both agreed and walked behind him.
His dining room was very large and could serve as a living room for most average people in the city. My nose picked up the smell of fried turkey and I realized I was genuinely hungry.
After saying a few prayers, we begin to eat our meals.
“I am sorry for what happened last night” Alexander said as we were half way through the dinner.
“I have asked all security forces to keep tabs on the suspect and I know we could get him before the week runs out” Mr. Wang proclaimed.
The door opened and I instantly began to choke on my food as Jack walked into the living room.
“Are you alright?” Alexander asked, as he handed over a cup of juice to me.
“Yea, I am fine,” I said.
Jack walked gracefully to the dining table and shake hands with Mr. Wang.
“Alexander, meet Mr. Cosmos he is a top security analyst and he offered himself to find out the identity of the culprit”
Jack's eyes were boring holes in my head as I tried everything possible to look away from him.
“That is a very good strategy Mr. Wang” Alexander commended.
“Sorry to interrupt the discussion. But can I be taken to the restroom?” I requested and Mrs. Wang offered some assistance.
As I walked away from the dining table, I could feel Jack was still looking at me and causing me even more panic.
“Are you alright?” Mrs Wang asked as we finally moved out of the dining table.
“I am fine. Sorry, can I ask how long you and Mr. Wang have known Mr. Cosmos?” I asked.
“My husband got to meet him today and he assured us that he will be coming” She explained.
“Alright thank you very much” I said and walked into the restroom.
I washed my face with the water and stared into the mirror.
Jack was the devil himself. I knew he was dangerous enough to stalk me, but I never knew we could be this close away from each other.
I need to find a way to tell Alexander that we should leave without being suspicious.
I picked out my phone, thinking a text will do but my phone was already switched off. I groaned in frustration when a knock came through the door.
“Who is there?” I asked but no response came through.
Another knock came through the door again.
“For the love of God, who is there!” I asked, groaning in frustration.
“Jack”
I froze as I heard his voice.
