I enter the room to find my beauty of a mate looking around the room.
" Where am I? " She asks without looking at me.
" The moonstone pack. I am the Beta, Jason Parker" I say formerly.
" I'm April. When can I get out of here? " she asks now looking at me in the eye.
Damn! How captivating her eyes are.
" First, what were you doing in my territory? " I need to hear more of her voice.
" I was attacked and I was running away. I didn't know I had trespassed! " she says quickly.
" Attacked by who? " I ask worry seeping through my voice.
" Listen! You don't have to act all worried when I know you're not! I know you're my mate so let's make this simple shall we? I April-"
