One week later,
One long but fulfilling week. It still felt strange to recall how the last seven days had gone. They had felt both incredibly long and incredibly short. Now, a week later, I look back and smile at how everything had blurred together into a mix of shock, fear, awe and love.
The morning after my change, I had woken up to Damien standing beside me. I woke up in bed with a smile and realized that I didn’t just look dangerous, I felt it too.
