Based on what Aunt Mia had said, apparently we are near the woods that connects Bloodbury and the demilitarized zone. After how many laps of running across empty fields and ancient ruins we are finally almost there.
After Dame Xianth dropped those words on us, Carter and I did not utter a single word. May it be to the adults or to each other. Not ever a single side glance.
