After enough pushing from Naomi, I finally admitted it. Yes, the man I had that one-night stand with was Arthur Sandlin.
Naomi's eyes lit up like she'd won the lottery. "Are you kidding me? Arthur freaking Sandlin? Serena, that man is fire. If you end up with him, it'd be the biggest win of your life. Way better than that loser Julian."
She clearly thought she was helping me get over the heartbreak faster. Honestly, I appreciated the effort, but her imagination was running wild.
