Chapter 45: Apply the Ointment
I froze for a moment. When his words finally sank in, my eyes went wide in shock.
"I said, spread your legs. Didn't you hear me?"
Arthur frowned, clearly annoyed by my hesitation.
I clamped my legs together and looked at him warily. I wasn't wearing anything down there, not even underwear. If I actually did what he said, he'd see everything.
Just the thought of that made me even more nervous. As far as Arthur was concerned, I was probably already some kind of easy woman. But still, exposing myself like that in broad daylight, to a man I barely knew and had only slept with a handful of times, felt too much.
