He grabbed his car keys and bolted out the door. He floored it all the way to my dad's corner restaurant. The security gate was halfway down. Almost closing time. My dad was wiping down glasses behind the bar. He looked up at the sound of the door chime. "Where's Chloe?" Arthur strode in. My dad set the glass down.
