David Cho made his way down the streets of Fargo, the cardboard box clutched tightly in his hand. The city was busy with the noise of honking cars and the sound of tramping feet, but David was focused solely on his mission. He weaved his way through the crowds, dodging people left and right as he made his way to the police department. As he entered the building, he was greeted by the busy chatter of officers going about their day. He made his way to Jack’s office, his footsteps echoing down the hallway.
