Obligatory whys and wherefores:
Half of this book was born from a dream that I had some time ago. Needless to say, I woke up laughing like crazy, with my wife who didn't dare say or do anything. She just watched me out of the corner of her eye... with worry. A lot of worry.
In my dream, I was on the couch watching a movie with Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston (in my “dream book”, Ben and Susan) called “Dinner with the Mafia”.
When I woke up, I had the idea to write everything down on paper, before it vanished from my already fragile memory... now, what was I saying?
Long story, short: “The best things in my life, I've created while lying down.”
