The pain in my stomach ricocheted all over my senses. I had expected a repercussion for the failed attempt at taking Raven from the twins but I was not prepared for the pain that was squeezing at my intestines. All she did was stretch her hand towards me and then twisted it.
'You are a failure just like your mother. I should have known better than to trust the daughter of the one who failed once,' she screamed the words as she wickedly turned her hands making me scream more in pain.
'I am sorry. I promise that I will bring her to you,' I said breathlessly. The pain was so much that I was thinking I was going to pass out from it in seconds.
