Roy's POV
'I didn't know that was going to happen. I didn't mean for it to happen,' I mumbled to myself as the doctor attended to Raven in the room. She had blacked out after I sank my teeth into her.
I had heard her threat to leave the house when Roman called her. I had immediately mind linked soldiers to surround the house and they shouldn't allow a fly leave the premises.
Roman and I had left the office immediately, hoping we could talk her into overlooking what we had done. I was still boiling from her threat to leave but her words at that moment had pushed me overboard.
'Relax Roy. If you hadn't done it, I would have. Stop beating yourself up over something that would have happened,' Roman said.
He was totally unmoved by the fact that I just marked Raven. He looked so comported
