Dimitri watched as Josh swept in front of the warehouse, preparing for the Fourth of July celebration in a few days. The two of them hadn’t spoken since the meeting at the church yesterday, and it shamed Dimitri that he had waited so long to reach out to his friend. He rationalized it away, of course. After all, they had a weapon to find as well as Liberty, and he had spent most of his day and night yesterday searching Bull Creek and Holopaw for both.
