“Why are we leaving? I wanted to hear what Leo has to say!” Nathan Grey muttered.

Elian Thorne glanced at him. “Are you a Traveler? If not, hearing it won’t do you any good.”

Nathan was stumped. “But this is first-hand information from the Inner World! What if you… either of us cross over someday? It could be useful!”

“Not interested,” Elian replied dismissively.

“Crossing over sounds incredible,” Nathan persisted. “If we both made it into the Inner World, we could become Paragons, or get chromed cyber-legs and become super. We could even form a ‘Father Botherers’ league. Sounds awesome.”
