LILYA The training grounds stretched before us, bathed in the warm glow of the afternoon sun. Adrain and I stood facing each other, swords in hand, ready for another bout of practice. Adrain flashed me a mischievous grin. "Alright, Lilya, let's see if you can finally beat me today." I matched his grin, determined to give him a run for his money. "You better be ready, Adrain.
