Rossi’s POV

I waited for my twin Rick to show up. I was down the hill from the pack my Luna wanted us to visit. Rick was 10 mins out in Kia Soul. He got here in record time. I wonder if he’s upset about the dead member of our pack. Or if he has other plans. Only time will tell.

Rick’s POV

As I round the a desert hill in beautiful Arizona. I could smell my brother whose waiting for me. I can also feel his anxieties. I pull up to where he’s standing and he jumps into the front passenger seat of my car.

“So what’s the play at this pack we’re being sent to. The Luna said she she wanted information on their pack members even any new ones” I say with a shrug.

Rossi is quiet for a bit. The he speaks looking out the window. “Brother” he sighs.” The play I hope to go for is to seek asylum from Luna Bertha and The Red Lake Pack. I’m hoping your willing to do the same with me.”

I pull over to the side of the road and turn the car off. He looks at me and I just begin to laugh.” I’m not laughing you just at how much this twins things really is true. Rossi not only would I gladly follow you. I’m going to look for my mate and live if my life” I say with pride. It came out before I had a chance to think about it.

We finish driving up the hill and stop on the outside of their borders. We waited knowing that we would be sensed quickly. We bared our necks to not look threatening. Finally I smelled their warriors or they put us smell them.

A large grey wolf appeared and 2 browns in either side of the grey.

Arnold’s wolf Noah spoke first” Your on Blood Moon Pack grounds.” He sniffs the air “You don’t smell like rogues. State your business.”

I spoke before Rossi can, “We seek an audience with your Alpha. We have information and also seek asylum.” The grey wolf was shocked. I see his eyes glaze telling us his mind linking his Alpha.” You may enter. Follow us and mind your manner the pup are out playing at this hour so drive safely.”

What their kids roam around the pack grounds. I’m shocked at what I see. So many people working in harmony. Kids laughing and enjoying themselves.

I stop my car in front of their pack house. The wolves disappeared and now they were in their human forms walking up to our car.

“My name is Joe I’m the gamma of this pack and have been sent to fetch you” Joe looked very proud of his title.

“Joe set them up in the Second conference room.” Arnold said to Joe but emphasized the word second which both twins caught.

We were lead into a white windowless room a table and chairs were the only cold or in the room. I sat down and Rossi sat hard and looked like he was burning a whole into my head.

“So you just blurt out your ready to find your mate. And give me nothing else.” He puts his hands thru his hair” what changed brother. You always seemed only interested in being a strong warrior.”

“Rossi well first off this if the first time she ever let us out of her sights together. After our Alpha died do you remember how the Luna treated all kids. We were basically forced to be warriors. Or slaves. The pack has been in shambles and well I want to live a better life. A safe life for us brother. Did you see the kids out there they were smiling. All of them. This pack works harmoniously together I want that. And a mate will make me whole. I realized if I find her and go back to our pack. She will rob our kids of a true childhood or worse may even hurt our mates. We need to be free brother.”

In another room.

Alpha Fred is watching them and listening to the twins “I wonder if my daughter and her mate are a reason these two are really here.”

Arnold clears his throat “Alpha I can always interrogate them to be sure they are not a threat” he say with an evil smile.

“No they asked for asylum and requested to speak to me so let’s see what they want to say.

Alpha Fred’s. POV

I walk into r he conference room and the twins immediately stood up besides the height which like a three inch difference they are completely identical. Looking like footballer with their blond hair, blue eyes, tall very fit men. Hmm might have use them after all.

“Sir my name is Rick. And this is my brother Rossi. I am hoping to seek asylum here sir. We both are. You see The Luna from our pack is evil and will stop at nothing seeking revenge. I fear that it has consumed her and will one day consume my brother and I.” Rick pleaded.

Rossi moved forward” Alpha I believe my Lina sent us here to be killed. She wanted us to come and bring her condolences for the death of you sister one of our pack members. While we are here supposedly relaying her condolences she wanted us to send back information on all your pack members. And ask if you received any new pack members.”

Ricks tunes now “ We never had a choice to question our Luna. This is the first time she has allowed my brother and I to be both on a mission. We don’t want to go back.”

Alpha Fred admired there loyalty to each other. Reminded him of his own kids. “ Your Luna did send here both to die. You both were only allowed here because she was hoping. I can only assume that I was going to be so consumed with anger. From the death of my only sister and seek vengeance on you young men.”

In true twin fashion both their mouths dropped open at the same time. They took a step back away from scared as they realized the situation they could possibly be in. The taller twin squares up should to should with his brother.

“No, no need for that” I say to them “My sister died two nights ago. Only those who killed her would’ve even had known she perished. “So for her to send you here with fake condolences for my dead sister no one knew about. She knew exactly what she was setting you both up for. She knew exactly what she was doing.”

I mind link Arnold to coke into the room.

He walks in “Arnold set them up in the cottage closes to the pack house.” I look back to my two shocked newest members “ You men are looked at so far as innocent. Should that change the. I’ll for you both personally myself.”

“Yes and thank you Alpha” they say in unison causing me to chuckle.
