Elyana shook her head. Even if imprisoned, Elizabeth was still arrogant.
“Then why are you here? To laugh at the fate of your sister?” she bitterly added. “This is all because of you, Elyana!”
“You are my sister, alright. But you ending up here is not my doing. You brought it upon yourself, Elizabeth,” she answered. “I let you go. But you wasted the chance and continued with your evil deeds.”
Before Kristoff left for New York one year ago, she convinced him to release Liza and Elizabeth. She no longer wanted to punish them for the sin they committed against her. She would have forgiven them if only they had asked for her forgiveness. But they didn’t.
Forgiveness can’t be given unless asked, right? Even so, she decided to let them
