Erin's POV — Mates smell like each other Seeing them step into the room together was heartbreaking, but watching Zoe follow him like a pet who adored him made my chest ache even more. For a moment, I felt too weak to pretend, and it wasn't easy to smile at Kevin. I sensed that he noticed my struggle, so I did my best to muster a genuine smile when I saw him next.
