Erin's POV - To stay or to leave
The feeling of standing on stage as I revealed Kevin's true colours was incredible. I looked at the elders' faces and could tell they weren't happy with the news about their new Alpha, which filled me with an unprecedented sense of relief. Kevin's expression initially suggested he thought I was speaking up for him, boosting his already inflated ego. However, the disappointment and later fear on his face were the rewards I craved.
But nothing thrilled me more than when Ronald walked in with the little guy. I felt sorry for him, of course, but I hoped he would remember this moment for the rest of his life and treat his father as he deserved once he grew up.
