Layne could go home the next day. I got Frankie to come with me to bring Layne home, since I don't have a car. When he arrived, Matt was with him. He waved from the open window enthusiastically. I waved back with a huge smile on my face. When we were driving to the hospital, Matt sang along with every song played on the radio. I giggled at his horrendous voice while Frankie looked like he was suffering. Matt was growing on me. He's very entertaining and I was glad he chose our table to sit for lunch on the first day he was there.  When we got there, Layne was all packed up and ready to go. It was a hot Sunday afternoon.
