Uggghhhh. Jessica do you know why you are being brought before us"

"Yes Alpha"

"Would you like to explain your side to the pack."

She turned to the pack straightening her spine pushing her shoulders back. I am still sitting tall and straight faced while still struggling to understand why a little fight was being brought to a whole trail. I have to be missing something but what.

"I attempted to attach Alora in the school hallway earlier today. Attempted is the key word here guys i did not succeed she dodged every swing and knocked me clean out."

"Is that what you think the trial is about Jessica? A petty fight such as that?"

"Yes Luna I don't know of any other reason I would be placed on trail."

"Well what I would like you to explain is your note book of ways to kill my daughter and make it look like an accident."

I looked at my parents in horror I couldn't have heard that right. She has a book of ways to kill me? I looked back at her and saw all the color had drained from her face as she looked at her parents. They wouldn't even glance her way as if showing their shame. She was at a loss for words as my family stared down at her. I knew I had to be missing something but this? She finally looks at me and I'm sure I look just as pale and shocked as she does. Maverick puts his hand on my knee in a way of comforting me and keeping me from running. The dinning hall is complete chaos everyone shouting all the different ways they should punish her. It's all too much I see a piece of pie flying right at her I don't know why I did it after what I just heard but I jumped over the table and pushed her out of the way. Making the pie hit me square in the face everyone froze except my brothers who stood up and growled in the direction the pie came from my parents were shocked but didn't move. Her parents looked at me with shock and admiration. I straightened my spine and squared my shoulders clutching my fists looking at the pack. I have no authority no true status just an orphan who got left at the border of the territory that the Alpha and Luna were kind enough to take in and raise for the past eight years. I will not allow the pack I love to behave in such a hateful manner they are better than this. I can't believe my parents were letting it happen. I cannot believe any of you I understand how serious this matter is I'm the one she has written the book about but this is supposed to be a trail NOT a frenzy. Y'all are better than that. Throwing food are you serious?" .

I am met with complete silence everyone looking down in shame after my scolding. I turn too Jessy and offer her my hand to help her back up she takes it still looking at me with shock and confusion. I turn to my family next I am most disappointed in them letting it get that far. They are all still glaring at the direction from which the pie came from. Yet why is it only bad now that Jessica wasn't the one hit but me. Yes she is the one who committed the crime but even her own parents who accept the shame of her crime didn't even flinch at the pie being thrown and I saw them look at it flying through the air.
