Riya's POV~
"I asked do you have any questions?", he asked again.
"I don't have any", I said in a low voice.
"Get to work", he said.
"Okay", I said and went outside.
What is he? A bipolar or split personality? Why did he change overnight again?
I was thinking about this in my cabin. I should give the minutes of meeting in 20 min.
"Riya....Go and do your work!", I said to myself.
I organized everything and took a printout of it. I made the minutes file and went towards his cabin.
I knocked the door.
"Come in", he said in a deep voice.
I opened the door and saw Vicky is reading a file.
I placed the minutes file in front of him.
"Today's meeting minutes, sir", I said.
"I didn't get your college schedule", he said while looking at me.
Why is he looking at me like that? I am nervous...
"Oh..I will be sending it to you soon", I said.
"Okay...You can go", he said while focusing on the file.
Oh God?! What is wrong with him? Anyway it's not my problem. I will just avoid him.
"Okay sir", I said and when I was about to go. I heard a low voice, "Riya..".
"Yes", I said while turning to him.
"I will take you home...So wait for me in the evening ", he said.
"Actually it's okay..I will manage", I said.
"I insist", he said.
"Okay", I said.
"Anything else?", I asked.
"No...nothing", he said and I went out of the room.
After that, I started working on the new project. I started drawing my ideas on the paper.
Suddenly, I heard a knock on my door. I saw a girl smiling at me. I returned the smile to her.
"Can I come in?", she asked.
"Yes...Come in", I said.
"Please sit..You don't have to ask", I said smiling at her.
"It's okay...You are busy...I hope I am not disturbing", she said.
"No..not at all", I said.
"By the way, I am Isha...", she said.
"Hi Isha..I am Riya", I said. We both shake our hands. I got to know that she also started her internship and we're same age.
She is working in the HR department but came here for Vicky's signatures.
"Okay...Can you get signatures of Vikram sir on these files?", she asked while placing a file.
"What is this file about?", I asked her.
"Oh..This file is for budget for resources", she said.
"Oh..okay..", I said.
"Okay then...I will be going then", she said.
"Okay..Do I need to send it to HR department after signatures?", I asked.
"No..I will be coming for the file tomorrow", she said and smiled at me.
"Okay..", I said.
"Nice to meet you...See around", she said.
"Yes..See you around", I said.
After she went, I sighed.
Oh God!! I forgot to send the college schedule to him.
I immediately messaged Rasi to send me the schedule...Thank God!! She responded immediately and sent me the schedule.
I sent my schedule to his mail. I sighed a relief. I think I should serve him a tea so that he can work.
I went to the pantry to saw 2 boys and 2 girls are talking.
"Hi...", I said while looking at them.
"Hi..", a girl came beside me and dragged to their group.
"Hi...I am Riya", I said while smiling.
"Hi..I am Rajeev", A boy said whose has specs. He has a brown curly hair.
"Hi...I am Sony", A girl who dragged me said.
"Hi...I am Deeksha", the other girl said in a low voice. I think she is a shy girl.
"Hi beautiful...I am Karan", the other boy said while extending his hand.
"Hello", I said and shake his hands.
"Hey..karan...Stop flirting", Sony scolded.
"Hey...I am just stating facts", he said.
He is just playful...I guess...
Everyone laughed by his behavior.
They all talked about different funny incidents...I laughed listening to them.
"Okay...Then you are Vikram sir secretary", Sony said while placing a finger on her chin.
"Yes..", I said.
"He is handsome...right?", she said. I choked on her sentence.
"May be", I said while chuckling inwardly. If you know how he is? You will never dare to see him.
"But there is a speculation that he is married...But he didn't say anything", she said.
"I think you should stop thinking about all these things...Have you completed your draft yet? Vikram sir is going to ask progress?", Rajeev asked her.
She immediately went to silent and pouted. I laughed at her expression.
"Always ready to spoil my mood", she pouted.
"Okay...I will catch you guys later..I have to make a coffee for Vikram sir", I said.
"Okay...We will be going, Riya", she said.
"Okay", I said.
I made coffee and placed the tray on the table.
When I was about to knock the door, I heard him saying, "Try to understand...I am married...I will never meet you...I made it clear on the day when we met at the cafe".
Is he talking to his girlfriend? But why? Doesn't he hate me? Why is he wanting to stay in this marriage?
"Okay...I will meet you today for the last time", he said.
I immediately went to my cabin. I sat on my chair.
Suddenly, I saw Vicky coming out of his cabin.
"Riya...I think I can't able to take you home today...", he said in a low voice.
"Yeah..It's okay", I said.
"Okay...I am sorry...But can you manage alone?", he asked.
"Yes..I can", I said.
"You are looking in hurry...Are you going somewhere?", I asked.
I hope he answers correctly...Can't he just tell me..
"Yes..I am going to meet someone ", he said in a low voice.
"Okay...", I said and he immediately went off...
What is he doing? Yesterday he asked me to give this marriage a chance? now.. He is meeting his ex girlfriend? What they will be talking? I am really angry right now..What the hell? How can he act like this? He is married to me? How can he do this?
Wait!! Wait!!! How can I think like this? He hates me..He thinks I am a gold digger..He is not happy with this marriage..So how can I ask him anything? This marriage is now only for six months..Then how can I expect anything..from him? We are going to divorce soon...So I can't attach to him at all. He just spouted nonsense.
But Why my eyes are filled with tears? Why my heart is paining like this? I can't fall for him...Actually how can I even fall for him? Did you forget he helped Ricky to leave the wedding ? And My dad and Mom other slapped me because of him...I hate him...I should hate him...
I just don't know how to deal with this....He created a bigness in my mind....
