Riya's POV ~
"Riya...I beg you...Please cut the call...Don't listen to her....", I heard him banging the door.
"I will not open it...until I listen to her", I said while trying to listen why Rasi is calling and Why is he overreacting?
"Okay...I will tell you...Please come out....I will tell you where I went evening", he said while banging the door.
Before I can even open the door. Vicky came with the force and he fall on me with a force.
"Ahh!!", I screamed and my phone fall into the water and I fall down. Vicky is on top of me.
I looked at his eyes which are red. I don't know what the hell happened to him?
He just looked at me and I was looking at him.
"Vicky...Get up", I said while trying to get up.
"Ohh...Yes", he said while coming out of his daze.
He immediately got up and helped me to get up.
"Ahh...My back", I said while clutching back in pain.
"Are you okay? Are you in pain?", he asked while looking at me. He tried to hold my hand.
"Don't touch me until you tell me truth...I never thought you are this selfish...What is your motive to suddenly asking me to give our marriage a chance", I said while looking at him. He sighed.
"Riya...Actually I went to meet my ex-girlfriend to a Cafe. I already told her that I am married on the second day of our marriage. Today I made really clear that I will never be in her life...And Rasi also saw that...I know Rasi is your friend. I didn't want you to drag in the mess...So I asked Rasi to keep it a secret", he said while looking at me seriously.
"Riya...Please believe me. I didn't want to drag you into this mess at all. I wanted to ask about your opinion morning but we didn't get a chance to talk in the elevator..right? Do you remember?", he asked looking at me desperately. I just nodded.
" Later I didn't able to muster up my courage again to ask you. Please believe me", he said with pleading while holding my hands.
I looked at him with mixed emotions.
Actually, It makes sense. What is he saying is truth?
"Riya...Please I don't really have any motive...Please give me a chance", he said while sit down on his knees while holding my hands.
"Vicky ", I said in a low voice.
I sat on my knees and looked at him. I took his hands in mine.
"Vicky...", I said and he looked at me. His eyes are teary and bloodshot.
"Vicky...I just want to tell you that I am cheated by your brother", I said.
"Riya...", he said while his tears are falling from his eyes but I stopped him by saying, "Let me finish", I said.
"You know...I am really scared. You know you changed overnight....You were really nice to me before marriage and after marriage....Later you again changed overnight...Now here asking me a chance", I said while looking at him.
"I know..It's hard to believe...Let me earn that chance from you...Let me prove it to you", he said.
I looked at him with shock.
"Are you really in your sane mind? Are you Vicky?", I asked while looking at him with a shock.
"Yes...I am Vicky...Just wait and see...I will never disappoint you", he said while holding my hands. I just looked down.
I just wiped his tears with my hands. He lightly smiled at me. I smiled at him.
"Okay...Let's sleep...Tomorrow you have to attend college", he said.
What? Let's sleep? Does he mean? we both? in one bed?
"Riya...What are you thinking?", he asked while snapping his fingers at me.
"I will be sleeping on couch..You can sleep on bed", he said.
"No..It's okay...I will...", I was cut off in the middle when he made me stand up and said, "I insist", he said while looking into my eyes like he is piercing my soul. I gulped and I just nodded at him.
"Good girl", he said while tapping my head.
I slept on the bed and he slept on the couch which is too small for his height.
I don't know how is he going to manage to sleep
"Okay...Thanks for hearing me out...", he said while looking at me smiling.
"It's okay", I said while looking at him.
"Good night", he said.
"Good night", I said.
I don't know why, A smile was plastering on my face. I don't know when I fell in my dreams.
Vicky's POV~
Finally, I have got chance from Riya. I will definitely prove myself that I'm serious about her.
But...Rasi...Will she tell all those things happened to me in that cafe? I don't want Riya to know it...I don't want her to know that at all.
I will convince Rasi tomorrow.
Tomorrow Riya and I will be starting new. I will make her trust me.
Soon I fell asleep.

Riya's POV~
I woke up with an annoying alarm. I slowly opened eyes and saw Vicky is sleeping uncomfortably on couch.
I think I should ask him to sleep on bed and I will sleep on couch.
I did my morning routine and freshened up myself. I wore a violet chudidhar. I started wiping my wet hair with a towel. I saw Vicky isn't awake yet.
I stood infront of the mirror and wore my nupital chain. I applied vermilion on my hairline.
I wore my ear rings and bangles. I started braiding my hair. After braiding my hair, I saw the time. I think I should wake him up now.
I went near him.
"Vicky...", I said while sitting near the couch. He didn't move
"Vicky...Get up...or else you will be late", I said. He didn't move.
"Vicky...", I said while shaking his shoulder.
"Yes..", he said in a sleepy voice.
"Come on...Get up...You will e after for office", I said again.
"Hmm", he said and I went to my study table at the side and took all the books needed.
Finally, He woke up.
"Good morning", he said while smiling at me.
What's wrong with me? Why my heart is beating loudly?
"Good morning", I said and immediately turned around away from him.
"I will go downstairs to help mom...You can get ready", I said while taking my bag with me.
"Okay...I will meet you downstairs ", he said softly.
I immediately went off from the room. I placed my hand on my heart and breathing heavily .
"Riya...Are you fine?", I flinched at the voice. I saw mom is coming towards our room.
"Y..Y..Yes mom..", I said.
"Actually I wanted to know if Vicky got up", she asked.
"Yes..Vicky woke up mom. Let's make breakfast ", I said.
"Okay then", she said while smiling at me.
Mom and I talked about different thing while making breakfast. After the breakfast was ready, we both placed it on the table.
I saw Dad and Vicky are coming downstairs while talking. Dad and Vicky both sit on the table.
Mom started serving dad and I started serving Vicky. Mom and dad looked at me with surprise and then at Vicky. We both didn't talk and they both just smiled. After serving ourselves, we started to eat.
"Vicky...You should attend a party today", Dad said.
"Dad..You know..", Vicky was cut off in the middle, "Vicky...Don't argue", Dad said sternly.
"It will also improve our connection with designers..", he said.
"You can go with Riya..", he said.
I looked at him. I think he isn't going to change his mind.
"Dad..", Vicky was about to say something when I placed my hand on his arm.
"Don't ", I mouthed to him.
"We will go to party, dad", I said. Vicky looked at me with shock.
"Very good...You both can spend some time alone", mom said and we just smiled.
"Okay...Party is at 8pm. So arrange your schedule ", Dad said to Vicky.
"Okay dad", Vicky said.
After eating breakfast, Dad went to his study. I took my bag in my hand.
"Riya...Let's go...I will drop you in the college", Vicky said.
"Okay", I said.
"Bye mom", I said while waving at her.
"Bye mom", he said while hugging her.
"Take care you both",she said.
We both sat in the car. He started the car.
"Riya...I mean..You don't have to force yourself. I will go alone..It's not a big issue", Vicky said.
"Actually....", I was about to speak but will he think I am crossing my line?
"Riya..", he said.
"I don't know if it's my place to tell you", I said in a low whisper.
He stopped the car and looked at me.
"What happened?", I asked.
"I will never interfere..if you don't want me to", I said.
"You are my wife, remember? You don't have to be so hesitant while talking with me", he said. I looked at him with shock.
What the hell is he? He really want me to be in his life...He really want to give this marriage a chance? But I have mixed emotions...I am scared..to be with him.
"Come on...You can tell me anything", he said while smiling at me softly.
"Actually I don't want you to argue with your dad. It's just a party..Also it's beneficial for your company...So let's not argue with our parents", I said in a low whisper.
"Okay...As you say..", he said while smiling at me.
"But There is something wrong", he said.
"What?", I asked while looking at him.
"That it's good for our company not yours...Now it's always us..and ours..Got it?", he asked while looking at me.
I smiled while nodding at him.
"Thanks..", he said while starting the car.
Soon we reached the college.
"Thanks for dropping me", I said but stopped when I heard his voice.
"Riya...This is for you", he said while handing a box to me.
"What is this?", I asked while taking the box.
"Phone...Actually your phone got damaged right? I bought a new phone", he said.
I opened the box and saw the phone. It's really nice.
"Thank you", I said while giving him a smile.
"My pleasure", he said while smiling at me.
We both don't know when we start to stare at each other.
