Riya's POV~
We both don't know when we start to stare at each other.
I flinched when I heard a ring tone. I immediately looked down. My heart is racing. He immediately cleared his throat.
"Riya..I have inserted your old Sim in this mobile...So don't worry about contacts ", he said.
"Thank you", I said.
"I will see you in office. Bye", I said in a low voice and got out of the car.
I immediately got out without hearing him.
I wore my bag and walked into the college gate and turned back to see his car is still there.
"Why is he not going?", I said to myself.
"Riya..", I heard a cheerful voice of Rasi.
"Rasi", I said.
"What's happening between you both?", she asked teasingly.
"Nothing", I said while not looking at her eyes.
"Are you serious? You both are staring at each other for 5min?! Do I look dumb?", she said in a high voice. Some students looked at us weirdly.
"Stop shouting...", I said while dragging her to the side.
"Oh!! Now you are shy...Look at you..You are so red..Love is in the air", she started teasing me.
"Stop teasing me..", I said while stopping her.
"Yesterday...Why you called me?", I asked looking at her.
"Oh Yesterday...I want to tell you a important thing...", she said but got disturbed when I heardsomeone calling me from behind.
"Riya", Vicky called me and I turned around.
He came towards us.
"What are you guys talking about?", he asked with a panic.
"Nothing actually...We were..", I was cut off in the middle when I saw a professor calling me.
"Vicky...My professor is calling me..I will talk to you later", I said.
"Okay...",he said.
"Rasi...I will meet you in the class", I said and went off.

Vicky's POV~
After saying good night to Riya, I just stare at the ceiling. Tears are falling recalling the evening. I don't even know how to deal with this?
Although Riya is innocent one here..I have to protect Riya at any cost..
This morning, Riya woke me up. We just talk with each other now normally. I just dropped her in college.
I saw her going into the college. I saw Rasi and Riya are talking with each other. I was scared that Rasi may say something about what happened yesterday? I immediately went running towards them.
Thankfully, Riya went off before Rasi can say something.
"Vicky...Are you fine now?", Rasi asked after a minute of silence.
"Yes...I am...But Please don't involve Riya in this mess", I said.
"Why? She should know this...Because sooner or later Riya will meet her. What will you then?", Rasi asked.
"What about you? Are you really fine? Riya will definitely help you more and heal you", Rasi said.
"What kind of help should I get from her? She is in this state because of me. I will never let her know this...I can't...Yesterday...I asked Riya that I want to give this marriage a chance...I said to her I will earn that chance myself. Although, I can't really tell what I feel for her...But I definitely know something...I will protect her...I will never hurt her", I said.
"I don't want any pity from Riya...", I said. Tears are falling from my eyes.
"Vicky..Please think about it twice...Because Riya..will definitely not like it", Rasi said.
"I will handle it myself. I just want to protect her.. Please just don't tell her anything...", I pleaded.
"Okay...Fine..I will not tell her about this to Riya", Rasi said.
"What will you not tell me?", I heard Riya's voice. I immediately wipe my tears.
Rasi and I both were stunned to see Riya infront us.
"It's just that..", I stuttered.
"He is asking about your favourite food", Rasi said. I looked at her in shock.
"Don't worry...I will send you a list to your number", Rasi said.
"Okay...Please call to this number", I said while handing her my visiting card.
Riya didn't said anything but looked at me.
"Okay..Bye Riya", I said while waving my hand.
"Bye Vicky ", Riya said while waving her hand.
"Ahh...Cringey...Can you both love birds be aware of surroundings? I am here too", Rasi said with a teasing smile.
"What? Love birds...Rasi...", Riya said with a flustered tone. Her face is red. I smiled looking at her.
"Vicky..She always speak nonsense..Don't mind her...You can go..otherwise you will be late for office", I said while placing my hand on her mouth.
"Okay", I laughed at her silliness and went off.
I went to the office and started designing for the latest project.

Riya's POV~
"Rasi...Don't dare to tease me again", I said while taking my lunch from cafeteria.
"Why? It's fun", Rasi whined cutely.
"Stop it!! You are teasing me continuously from morning", I said.
"Want me to tease you?", I smirked.
"Did my brother called you?", I asked and she immediately looked down.
"Now look who's blushing?", I asked while laughing at her.
"Okay...Fine...I will stop teasing", she said witha defeated tone.
"Good girl", I said.
We both sat and started eating.
"Do you have to go to company now?", Rasi asked.
"Yeah!", I said.
"Tomorrow...I have an interview in Singh Company", she said.
"Wow...Great", I said while clapping.
"But I am scared", she said.
"Don't worry...Just be yourself...Prepare your self", I said.
"Okay", she said.
"I will do my best", she said while smiling at me.
"That's my Rasi", I said smiling.
"How are things between you and Vicky?", she asked looking at me.
"Ah!", I coughed hearing this question.
"Drink water", she said while patting my head.
"I am fine", I said while drinking water.
"I asked you how are things between you and Vicky?", she asked again.
"Actually...Yesterday..Vicky said that he want to give this marriage a chance...But I said I am scared to think about relationship right now", I said. She looked at me nodding
"He also that he will earn that chance himself ", I said.
"Vicky is really a nice guy", she said.
"Why do you say so?", I asked her.
"You know..It takes lot of courage to accept their mistake and ask for a chance again. He said that he will prove himself with his actions...That's great of him", she said.
"Yes...You're right", I said while thinking about the words she said.
"Riya...Try to understand him and give this marriage a chance...You should make efforts for this relationship ", she said.
"Okay...I will", I said.
After eating, she went to her part time job and I was going out of the college to see a car waiting.
I went near to the car and driver opened the door. I sat inside and driver started the car.
"Did Vicky sent this car?", I asked the driver.
"Yes ma'am ", he said.
"Okay", I said.
Then I remembered something.
"Did Vicky only sent you yesterday as well?", I asked again.
"Yes ma'am ", he said.
"Ohh...He sent this car...I thought dad sent this car", I said to myself.
Soon we reached the office. According to his schedule, I think he will be designing for the project.
I went towards his office and knocked the door.
"Come in", I heard a deep voice.
I took a deep breath and entered the office.
"Good afternoon, sir", I said while he is focus is on the paper.
"Good afternoon ", he said.
"Also...Call me Vicky..when no one is around", he said.
"Okay", I said.
"Right now...I am designing for the latest project which we discussed yesterday..You can also start designing for it", he said.
"But you have meeting with..", I said and he cut me off by saying.."Mr.Malik canceled the meeting", he said.
"Okay", I said.
"Did you eat?", I asked.
"No..Not yet", he said.
"Look at the time..You should eat first..Come on..Go to company canteen and eat something", I said.
"Actually I don't have appetite ", he said.
"Why? Are you fine? How is your health?", I said while moving near him and placing my hand on his forehead.
He stared at me when I was checking the temperature. I just stared at him. I immediately flinched when I realized what I was doing?
I took a step backward,"Sorry", I said.
"No..It's okay", he said.
"Okay..Listen to me...I will be getting food for you..Wait for me", I said.
"It's okay..I will be going", he hesitated.
"No..It's fine..Wait for me", I said and I immediately went off.
I went to cafeteria and ordered food. After getting the food, I immediately went to his cabin and asked him to eat.
"Okay..I will be going..You can eat", I said.
"Can you sit with me?", he asked.
"Ah..I don't think it's appropriate ", I said.
"No..It's fine..You can check my design if you want..", he said and started eating the takeout which I brought.
I looked at the design. My eyes widened.
"Wow!!", I said while looking at that.
He smiled seeing my reaction.
"It's in European style..It is really elegant", I said while looking at his design.
"You like it?", he asked.
"Yes", I said.
"Have you started your design yet?", he asked.
"I think it's not ready by seeing this design", I said.
"Don't worry..Get your design..I will check on it and tell you where to improve", he said.
"Really...I will get my design now", Is aid while going to my cabin. He smiled seeing me.
I got my design from my cabin. Meanwhile, He finished his lunch.
"I know..It's not completed yet..but Can you tell me how is it?", I asked nervously while seeing him.
"Sure..Don't be nervous", he said.
I just smiled.
After seeing my design, he just smiled.
"You are great considering the fact that you are still a student...But you should improve this areas..Then it will be perfect", he said while circling the areas for me.
"Okay..I will try to improve it", I said.
"Fine then..Get on work..We will leave a little early today from office", he said.
"Okay", I said.

After focusing on the design, I am getting headache now.
I flinched when I heard a my new phone ringing. I saved Vicky's name as "Arrogant man". I smiled and lift the phone.
"Riya...Get ready..We will leave now...Meet me at the car garage", he said.
"Okay", I typed in the message.
I immediately packed my things and bid farewell to the design team.
When I was in car garage, The driver opened the car door and I saw Vicky in the car already.
My eyes widened..How did he came? I looked at him weirdly. Is he a vampire?
I think he noticed my look.
"There is a private lift from my room which directly comes to the garage", he said while looking at me.
"And I am not a vampire", he said while chuckling at me.
"Oh!! Did I say it aloud?", I said in a embarrassing tone.
He chuckled looking at me.
"Stop laughing at me", I said in a irritated look.
"I will not stop..", he said while teasing me more.
I hit his chest and he took my hands in his hands. With both didn't realize we are fighting in the car like children.
Suddenly, The car took a sharp right turn. Vicky lost his balance and fell on me and his lips accidentally touch my lips.
His lips are on my lips. We both just paralyzed and didn't react. We both just stay still.
Soon, our eyes widened and he immediately moved away from me. I looked out of the window.
I think I can't face him today. I'm embarrassed. My first kiss is stolen by him. My face was red with shyness. I suddenly felt too hot.
"Uncle...Drive properly", he said while clearing his throat.
"Sorry beta..", the driver said.
Soon we reached home. The whole car ride was filled with tension. I sighed in relief when I got out of thr car first. I immediately went in without waiting for him.
I think I should dig a hole and hide in it.
